Pending bouce house business

Hello,

I'm new to the business, but am considering opening a bouce house near a major shopping district in a tourism community. This would be an enclosed climate controlled store open on weekdays/weekends and/or special events.

My questions are:
* I'd assume a liability waiver would be necessary to absolve the store of any liabilities, which all participants would sign prior to entering?
* What insurance requirements would be necessary?

Anyone have any thoughts?
